The most typical installing methods for an indoor LED display is wall-mounted and floor-standing. The installation can be finished in just one day due to the modular design of LED panels. Each LED display is factory calibrated to ensure uniformity of color and brightness before installation at the site. Our user manuals and installation guide video walks you through the process step by step. Our engineers are ready to help you configure the screen via remote control.
What is LED Display Panel?
Our LED panel is made up of 6 LED display modules (320x160mm) mounted on a LED cabinet (640x480mm) and a LED module is made up of lots of RGB LED chip clusters. Then you can combine multiple LED panels to make a larger seamless LED display.
Why LED panels make your installation easier?
You can either use LED panels or use LED modules directly for your indoor LED display. Here are some key advantages of LED panels over individual LED modules:
- LED panels come pre-assembled with LED modules, power supplies, and other accessories, so installing them is quite easy even for those without technical expertise.
- There’s no need to assemble each component individually, which saves both time and labor costs for you.
- The lightweight cabinets are tough, providing extra protection against physical damage and dust.
- The cabinets make alignment of LED modules easier, ensuring the gaps between them are uniform and minimized.
- For large-scale installations, these standardized LED panels can be deployed quickly.
Factors to Consider When using LED Modules directly
- Save material cost, as there is a cost for additional LED cabinets used to hold the LED modules and other components.
- LED modules allow you to create a custom-shaped LED display.
- Special screen size that is not compatible with LED panels.
- LED modules give you more freedom to approach 16:9 aspect ratio.
- You have a technical engineer who is experienced in installing LED displays.
Maintenance and Replacement is Easy
Our indoor LED display is front serviceable, you can replace faulty modules or components without disassembling the entire display. The LED modules are attached to metal cabinets or mounting brackets by magnets.
