Backdrop LED Screen at Elegant Wedding Venues & Event Spaces

Challenge

Pro Regal Pavilion offers an exceptional venue that caters to all event needs. Their exclusive function hall, located on both the ground floor and first floor, was designed to accommodate a wide range of events. They were looking for a more effective way to engage with guests and promote event.

Solution

Pixel Pitch 2.5 mm indoor LED display was selected for best price performance back then and 2 custom LED screens of 4.48 x 2.4 meter and 5.76 x 1.44 meter were made to fit the available wall spacing. LED display cabinets of 0.64 x 0.48 meter were used for easy installation.

Results

2 LED screens were installed as the backdrop in their function center, perfect for presentations, event highlights, showcasing memories or event branding. This maximizes the use of the venue’s space while improving visitor experience and engagement that can contribute to higher event bookings and increased sales.
